How long does shipping take for a Cyrusher e-bike?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location, and you will receive a tracking number as soon as your bike leaves our warehouse.
What is the return policy for bikes and accessories?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs and a restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns.
Do Cyrusher e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all Cyrusher bikes come with a 2-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electronic components.
Are the e-bikes delivered fully assembled?
Our bikes are shipped 90% pre-assembled. You will only need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. We provide all necessary tools and a detailed assembly guide in the box.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm for eligible customers.
Can I ride my Cyrusher e-bike in the rain?
Cyrusher e-bikes are water-resistant with an IP65 rating, meaning they can handle light rain and splashes. However, we recommend avoiding heavy downpours and never submerging the bike in water.
